You likely want to know what kinds of information we collect, right?

Well, we would love to collect your email address, if you choose to share it with us. We are really excited about Zeitworks and want to share our progress with you. (You can always opt out of our emails if you don’t like them, or if you don’t find them valuable.)

We also may automatically collect information about the browsers and devices used to visit our website. This can include the type of device and version, which browsers you use, your IP address, your mobile service provider, and any unique identifiers your device shares with website administrators. While we may use cookies (or similar technologies) to make collecting this information easy, we do not use cookies to track anything you do once you leave our site. More importantly, we also do not permit third parties or advertising networks to use cookies or place technologies on our site to collect information about people who visit our site.

So, you are probably wondering what we do this information?

If you share your email address, we will use it to contact you and share information about Zeitworks, including educational and promotional emails. But that’s it. We won’t resell or share your email address. You gave it to us, and we respect that. We also want to know if you read our emails (we hope you will) so we may use read receipts or email tracking software to see if you open the emails we send you. We also like when people come back to our site, so we use the information we collect to see if you do. (Again, we hope you will--we have a lot planned so there will always be something new to share.) We also take security very seriously at Zeitworks, so we also use this information to investigate any odd or suspicious activity.

OK, but who else sees my information?

No one.

And we really mean no one. We understand the need to earn trust, especially when it comes to safeguarding the information people share with you. And we take that very seriously. We view this as your information, so we won’t share it with anyone .

That said, in the future as we grow, spin out, or acquire new companies, we may want to share this information. If that happens, we will let you know as soon as we can. The same is true in the potential or actual change of ownership or control of all or some of Zeitworks (for example if we merge or are acquired by another company).

To learn more about our security, check out our security page.

Can I asked to be forgotten?

Absolutely. Let us know and we will delete all the associated information we have. If you want you can always sign-up again at any time and we will start fresh.

How long do you keep my information?

Generally we will keep your information for 2 years or so, if we haven’t heard from you in that time we will automatically remove you from our system. And again if that happens, you can always sign-up again.

What about minors?

It’s probably pretty obvious that our services are not targeted at any folks under 18. If we learn that personal information from minors has been collected, we will promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at

What about legal requests?

In response to legal requests where we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so (for example, a search warrant, court order, subpoena, etc.), we may access, preserve, and share information we have collected. And assuming we believe in good faith that we can let you know, we will notify you.

What if any of this policy changes, how will I know?

We will, from time to time, update this policy, and we will post an updated version of the policy here. And we will email you a notification as well. To make sure you see these emails, even if you opt out of our marketing emails (see above), we will still try to reach you via email to let you know of any changes to our privacy policy.

Is there someone I can contact about this policy?

Absolutely! If you have questions--or suggestions, you can reach us at
